Chicago Photographer John Gress

After my first shoot with Leo Franco, I asked him if he had any friends who should model. A few weeks later and I was shooting Leo with his friend Adam David. Both of them were so free and open minded, which was perfect for this type of pics. Shoots like this make so many models squirm. However, many models fail to realize that they are actors and the photographers they work with have more incommon with Manet than Michael Moore.

This shoot was also the first time I worked with make-up artist Randall Jenson. I thought he would be a perfect match for the shoot due to his talent and the fact that he is also a Latino.
