I just finished shooting the Notre Dame Michigan State game in Notre Dame, Indiana. I don't think I have been to this stadium since 2006... so I am having trouble remembering what to do.... dude.. where is my car?

I remember this day like it was yesterday. I was 4 months into freelancing again after quitting my newspaper job in Topeka, Kansas, when the Portland Tribune hired me to shoot portraits of the city's new women's football team. I was truly finding my voice as a portrait photographer back then. Just looking at these pictures today has me wondering how long it took me to learn not to loom over people or shoot portraits with super wide angle lenses.
Bundled-Up for the Bears
I over dressed for the Bears-Seahawks game today. I was expecting the temperature to be in the teens... but it was a warm 21! The Bears won 35-24.

Wisconsin Defeats Nebraska
I have to admit I was actually excited today to be shooting college football. I went to the University of Wisconsin for the first time, making Camp Randall Stadium my 22 college or professional football venue.
